Depending on your team but i am lucky enough to be placed with my current team. 1. Supportive manager and team members. 2. Good balance of work and living 3. Open communication 4. Not much of office politic/ drama Will have many opportunities to learn a lot in the company. Good salary

Cons

Many clients and report with tight dateline Benefit such as health and dental can be improved/ increased the limit per year. Increase the days of leave balance that can brought to next year.
