      Standards of procedure are broken by poor communication up to and down from executives. Standards of procedure pit the dispatch team against the service team creating a hostile working environment. Account representatives jump to conclusions to attack the dispatch team without fully researching escalated customer issues. Company is understaffed to meet service contract agreements. Executives create a business model preferring to hire robots over humans.
