Good compensation, excellent benefits package, numerous opportunities for advancement, great progress being made on standardizing operations and streamlining decision-making processes.

Cons

Field personnel unresponsive to calls & emails. Technicians refuse to use the technology necessary to compete in the 21st century - a problem compounded by products and applications rolled out in a hurry without being thoroughly tested, or addressing the issues discovered during testing periods.
