      Pros

      Very high pay and bonus structure.

      Cons

      Company focuses on getting results through hero efforts rather than sound processes. Very poor alignment at the executive level with a high level a power struggle ongoing continuously. Executive level attempts to simultaneously reduce resources and increase the number of improvement initiatives.

      Worst company to work, poor growth, very less salary, no learning, no management, very undisciplined and unsocial work environment. This company is only suitable form non technical and ITI pass personals.Only boot lickers having good salary hikes and profile.
