      Pros

      Are you IN the Click or out of the click? If you belong to the club, it looks great. Base pay is below industry standard, benefits and par with industry, bonus COULD be above industry standard.

      Cons

      Culture sux, no work life balance, you are a number, the VP's tag line on his emails? "It's all about the hours." Implying that the people do NOT matter....Senior management is VERY disconnected. Positions are NOT posted....people are magically assigned to new roles.
