Pros

Great training program. Your development will depend on how hard you work. Compensation is great.

Cons

Work life balance can be tough. Depending on your market, sales can be difficult and compensation may suffer due to this.

Pros

Small department where I got to work on everything and learn a lot

Cons

Salary is horrible. I spent a year and a half with no raise. Management is absolutely horrible. Hostile work environment. HR is a joke ( they refuse to do anything for the employees). There are no career prospects whatsoever, some people have been doing the same job for over 5 years. Working for the servie sales department, there was no such thing as a work/life balance as I used to be forced to work during my vacations and after hours ( without being compensated). Other than that, clients never stopped calling during the weekends.

Pros

Coworkers were great, people at the branches were wonderful to work with. Pay is good at the beginning. Advice to you reading this review find another company to work for you'll be chewed up and spit out here just run don't look back trust me there are much better companies to work for.

Cons

Management is horrible from the top down, supervisors are manipulative and uncaring. Never ever have a horrible family emergency effect your work don't think for a minute they really care. Don't think for a second that cancer is a good reason to miss work or effect how you perform, don't take FMLA it will put a target on your back, your treated like your a waste of time, you aren't part of the team anymore, raises and yearly bonuses are gone and the minute your off your done for rules regarding your vacation and sick days change on a whim and you get bogus write ups, when you fighting back and try to prove that you have your personal time it gets taken away and all of a sudden how everyone has used their time for years isn't how it really is supposed to be done, even though at the same time their saying this you have multiple coworkers that have already used all their time now you can't. You will not get anywhere, HR is not your savior if anything they are the nail in the coffin, you're done for. Its only about quotas that's it don't speak up and give your opinion on anything, but don't think for a minute if you keep your head down and do your job your safe your not. And when you get a new supervisor and they don't have any clue what your department does or how to actually do the job yet they can tell the "team" they aren't doing things correctly rules change but you never know about the changes until someone at the branch tells you they were told by "corporate" it had changed there is no communication everything is a secret, you don't even know when a team member is changing positions until its announced by management, their told not to say anything. Nothing under management is valued, you're just a number make the company money they promise you the yearly bonuses they get smaller and smaller each year and its the employees fault your not doing enough the branches aren't hitting the quotas you aren't making them do enough you aren't pushing enough not enforcing corporate policy. Within my 5 years with Thyssenkrupp at region now corporate level I went from thinking I was working for a great company to realizing that not one employee matters. Advice to you reading this review find another company to work for you'll be chewed up and spit out here just run don't look back trust me there are much better companies to work for.
