Great company, great pay, great benefits. The Austin branch has a Branch Manager that has been in this office for over 57 years and is an excellent mentor to all who works there. The local management is the best of anywhere I have worked.

Cons

The average tenure here is well over 10 years, turn over here is minimal.

Good money to be made, plenty of opportunities to move up within the company.

Cons

Opportunity comes from people leaving the company, poor attitude to sales level workers and superintendents. Constantly bidding work with the intent to 'make it up on the back end'.
