Fancy office in a 5 star hotel, if you are a office staff chances are you might have to only work 5 days a week

Cons

Lots of politics and racial discrimination when deciding salary. Chances of career growth is minimal unless you are a fair skin

Good working atmosphere. A very good number of holiday days. Therefore, I can say there is a good quality of life.

Cons

Unfortunately, the salaries are currently quite low, at least for those who begin to work at the company now. As well, poor job career evolution
