it was a fun environment, people were easy to get along with, employees were very friendly. Workers in stock room work very hard.

Cons

There was a lot of over night days in the stock room. People should appreciate what the stock room employees did on a regular day.

Shopping with a discount, first choice at high-end merchandise. Customers generally knowledgeable and friendly. Some opportunity for advancement, limited by low turnover. Excellent medical/dental.

Cons

Very little turnover at management levels, leaving few opportunities for advancement, lower-than-average raises at reviews and promotions, poor communications despite an "open door" policy, no guarantee of hours even for full-time employees.
