Pros

The old school management still believe in the company and have a great outlook except for the new kronos and use of computer numbers instead of what works

Cons

The higher ups are cutting people, and hours by half, while demanding more work, pushing more service with less people, more credit cards to make more money while cutting more hours. Anything above your store manager are ghosts. They never come around and when they do they do not mingle.

Pros

TJ Maxx is a great place to work if you have no background in Retail and want to get your experience level up. They also pay you weekly instead of Bi-Weekly

Cons

They schedule horrible hours, usually less than 15 a week per associate, and work shifts are usually 3-4 hours, so you will probably have to work 5 days a week just to complete 15 hours.
