Pros

Company comprehensive benefits are good if you are full-time. (health care, 401k, sick time, vacation) Room to grow with experience and education. 20% Discount Days Flexible if you have to change your schedule or take extended time off.

Cons

Shortage of workers at times. Sometimes you have to work a different way when one manager is on duty from the other. Pay could be better for the range of responsibilities of supervisors. Only guaranteed 30 hours for full time.

Pros

Alright starting salary with room for improvement. Very friendly managers who care about you. Associates are very friendly.

Cons

Granted I am a student who can work nights on the weekend, but it seems like I'm closing every single Friday and Saturday and cannot find enough time to get out to the bars with friends.
