Pros

Friendly management, great co-workers, flexible schedule

Cons

Not enough hours, corporate now refuses to give part time workers over 25 hours a week. Lets customers walk all over you, because god forbid you stop a customer that's clearly stealing from you from coming back.

Pros

The employees are the reason most of us stay.We all share the pain togeather.We start out as strangers and become more like a big family very fast.

Cons

Everything managment wants you to do reflects how big a bonus they get.They have an open door policy for one reason,so they can find out who the troublemakers are,and find ways to get rid of them.They"re policies all revolve around how to make their lives easier and the associates harder.This company keeps taking benefits away from hard working associates,while the CEO makes millions on our backs!

Pros

Employee discount was nice, and you get first pick...usually.

Cons

schedule wasn't very flexible. Good luck getting weekends off. just like most retail jobs, holidays and weekends are spent working, so hopefully you don't have a social life outside of work
