Good for a job, not a career, or a long-term job
Pros
- You meet great people - If you like fashion, you get first pick! - good health benefits - climb the ladder quickly, unfortunately its a ladder to nowhere.
Cons
- For a multi-billion dollar company, you wonder why some stores look so run-down - no benefits for PT and very low pay increases. - You're always changing the store around, which seriously irritates the customers at times, and even you - full-time hours are at 30, and sometimes you struggle to get those - they blatantly prefer PT workers over FT because they are cheaper, especially over the holidays. They would ironically have all the coordinators off on holidays and double up on cheaper labor. - Policy changes SO often that customers have NO idea how to return items. and employees can't keep up during certain "roll outs" of policy experimentation. - Customer Service/Company does NOT back up their knowledgable employees when it comes to taking back merchandise. Which makes management turn into push overs and your staff look like idiots.
