      Pros

      Some managers were very nice and helpful.

      Cons

      So many cons. Low pay and so much work to do, managers don’t care about your career perspectives, no internal growth, often expected to do extra work for low pay, that’s why they always hire very young employees because they are cheaper workforce for the company. Avoid this company unless you have no other options.

      Good pay for retail work, shifts go quite quickly because it’s so busy (however that’s very dependant on which store you’re in)

      Cons

      Absolutely no communication between management!! There’s also too many team leaders and higher up management do absolutely nothing. Standards are too high for how few staff are on shift which leads to overworking and no morale amongst staff. I didn’t have a single shift that wasn’t stressful because of low staffing
