      Pros

      Young team which made it fun If you are found to be good at a department, you get more responsibility and therefore more hours. I began part time at 16 and kept the job right through university. They really do value long term staff if you are good at your job.

      Cons

      Obviously seriously understaffed as mainly retail stores are. I'll never understand why they can't put ONE extra person on a night. Some nights we would be an HOUR late getting out. Nobody really cares if you have plans, just expected to stay.
