      Pros

      Amazing team environment, brilliant pay as it is the same for everyone no matter what age (above national living wage). The company topped furlough Pay to 100% in all lockdowns and have employees 2 bonus’ this year. Nearly always over time available, there’s always progression available.

      Cons

      Some stores management can be terrible, the company only offers part time contracts but there’s nearly always over time , it is a demanding job and you don’t stop on your feet but you never get bored. Different to other retail stores as there is a lot more to know and a lot more to do.
