      No respect for students

      Pros

      Decent pay with simple tasks, was relatively easy to progress from shop floor to working in cash office (but I suspect this was more due to a lack of staff).

      Cons

      I was on an 8hr contract, whilst studying full time at university, and being a Young Carer for a sick family member. Management simply would not respect my requirement to work my contracted hours and no more; I was regularly scheduled for 16hr+ a week, despite my requests and informing of management of my external obligations.

      Pros

      Great place to work and good people in my team. Good first job

      Cons

      I was unfortunate to quit the job under a week before lockdown for covid. The management were not interested in furloughing me or any help whatsoever while I know many companies across the country were reemploying recent employees to help with furlough.
