Pros

Team work, 10% discount, nice friendly environment only between my associates, every day is different so you don’t get bored at all

Cons

Management always very demanding, want you to give all you’ve got just the job to be done they don’t care at all about you, ask you to do many tasks at the same time no matter if you are tired or sick or it’s just impossible, they just want the things to be done

Seriously Awful

Pros

Wages were ok compared to pubs for example, there's also a 50% discount card which is helpful if you want to shop there.

Cons

I worked at TK Maxx Charlton for about 2 months and all I can say is stay away from that place! Management is awful, your colleagues will be a bunch of very rude people and you will be lost in the dark trying to figure out what to do. The vibe isn't good at all with loads of people trying to tackle you down if you are doing better than them.
