Pros
-The hours on your contract, are always what you'll get, with over time available if you want it. -Shifts always pass fast, you're never left just standing around. -Encouraging of retail ambition and freely giving with "further training". -Relativly relaxed environment, mainly respectful management, good fun chatty colleages. -Uniform easy to conform to, inexpensive to maintain, and room for self expression. (All black) -Comfortable staff area with big sofas and dining area, well decorated, with vending machines and kitchen.
Cons
-Sometimes you have to juggle more than one task at a time. -Shop floor prone to being under staffed. -A whole 4 hour shift can be spent doing the same thing.
