      Worked for TK MAXX for 13 years, was the best place to work.

      Pros

      Flexible hours to suit you working around family and work which very few company's will agree to do so that family and work don't clash with each other.

      Cons

      It was very challenging place to work but you were respected for who you were above all also recognized and rewarded by management.

      Pros

      You get good pay. you get 5 weeks holiday a year which is good. your work pattern is sometimes varied which is good for me as i am a student. its flexible. staff are friendly

      Cons

      you can be on your feet for hours at a time. it's hard to keep customers happy about pricing. customers dont fuy understand how tkmaxxx works. customers treat it like a jumble sale. its messy. its hard to maintain because there i so much stuff. it's hard to bag items when everything is a wierd shape.
