Management is appalling. Managers coming in smelling like stale alcohol and cigarettes and just sit up in the office and when you are in need of their assistance never come to help just pick up the phone and tell you to 'use your innovative' but then humiliate you and tell you off infront of other work colleagues later on. The training you receive is pathetic and you are treated like a you are thick as hell, you are made to feel so small and they show no level of patience with you and treat you as a hassle. I was promised a 18 hour contract and after the first four weeks of working there they were cut to 8 hours a week, all hours were given to favourites who the managers gave power to team brief and tell other less favoured employees off. store never met its sales targets due to it always being a tip and was taken out on us for not 'trying enough'. They have no problem calling you names and slagging you off. If I could give anyone any advice it would be to never work here.
