tk maxx has a huge structure, not only sell clothes and the advantage is that you will learn petty much about every department, that include bands, styles, products, it is a good way to improve your knowledge on merchandise and every other job in a clothes shop will seem easy after you experience in Tk maxx. the company offer flexible shifts that is perfect for who is looking for part time, and they give opportunities for those who has no experience in retail. for me it was great.
Cons
poor training, management not always helpful, if you need to call to another branch looking for a product they will leave you waiting for hours and its a waste of time and you will have to rush to finish your department in time.
