      Pros

      the salary was above minimum wage and working extra hours above contract was regular therefor it was a nice annual salary.

      Cons

      There was no set days so you could work a variety of shifts on a week to week basis and only find out the week before or sometimes the day before your shifts for the next week. The management staff demanded alot from the sales associates. Sometimes the job roles were boring and repetitive with very little progression and promotions available.

      Good pay, some of the nicest colleagues you'll ever meet,10% discount , good friends , good hoildays

      Cons

      Very hard work, on feet all day,some of the managers treat you bad, too many managers giving you all different things so you don't know who to listen to, you never get out on time and your days off can change suddenly so it's hard to make any plan. Things change constantly and you get in trouble because no one has told you something changed

      Working long hours over and above 40hrs, every bank holiday and every Saturday and Sunday.
