      Worst company experienced in 25 years in Retail Management

      Some great, hard-working, friendly staff.

      The very worst sort of store to work in... you are surrounded by posters espousing how much they care for their staff when nothing could be further from the truth. Very cliquey, if your face doesn't fit you will have no chance of progression. Awful working environment, cold, dirty, leaky roof in my case. Unrealistic targets for processing delivery etc, constant haranguing by management (of which I was one, left after 4 years as I couldn't bear how people were treated anymore) Very understaffed. As Assistant Manager I usually had 4 staff to recover a store that constantly resembled an explosion at a jumble sale. They want to be House of Fraser on a Poundstretcher budget.

      it was overall a fun, friendly place to work in. Everyone treated eachother like family and we treated the customers as best we good and would always greet them with a smile

      Constantly pushing for wow factors as some customers didn't like it
