I really liked how there was always opportunity for improvement or advancement.

Cons

I disliked the constant changes to structure. At times it seemed uneccessary or to create more of a hassle. More communication as to why, would be helpful.

The pay was nice in the beginning. Most people were nice to work with. Learned something new everyday. Nice that this company has a lot of company events.

Cons

Management did not do their job in order to show employees the respect they deserve. I felt that due to seniority some individuals pretty much ran the show, even though they were not in a MANAGEMENT position. After receiving a raise management change job descriptions that entailed way more work than the pay was worth. Office cliques are unacceptable to me but were very alive at Sygenta.
