Pros

You're working for a big company with some opportunity to grow and travel internationally (see Cons). If you are looking to kick back until retirement, and know how to manage up, deliver just enough work, then Sonepar is for you.

Cons

Unless you're white, male, or French (best if you are all three), you'll have to work extra hard to get ahead or to get noticed. There's no real career development plan for employees. The culture is materialistic and superficial.
