Pros

Get paid for what you are worth, long lunches, expense cards, never have a problem claiming back any money spent on site, full uniform plus dry cleaning covered by company and end of year pay review followed by bonus. On boarding and training is out of this world. Feel like a contributing element to the success story.

Cons

Software used is a little vintage but it still makes the millions in profit

getting salary on time .Employees eating lunch together.

Cons

no career growth , even after 2 years one will find oneself doing the same work...no exposure, no fostering. Seniors treat juniors like slaves.
