      Ok in the UK & US, Mixed Feelings about HQ

      Pros

      Interesting tech, smart people. Good culture and fun people in the UK and USA.

      Cons

      Very difficult culture at Germany HQ, negativity trickles down to other locations. Many long-tenured employees there dictate culture and direction, not so great if you're not based there.

      Peaceful job no work pressure. Good for retirement

      Cons

      There is nothing to learn in the company. No new innovation or not updating to the new languages. Stick to the old internal frameworks.
