Great people and technology, struggling to adopt to new business models

Great people, willing to work together and make things happen. Pleasant working environment.

Cons

Too slow to adopt to changes in the market, such as SaaS. Too little investment in making acquired products work together well. Team of financial controllers is very dominant, often the ones taking business decisions.
