      - Appears to be a slow moving company; but, the decisions are made very quickly. German management is a boon - Clarity in their direction - especially with the the latest technologies

      Cons

      - Very limited growth opportunities. If you are based in a satellite office, you are pretty much done - Pay is below the market standards
