1.Product-based company that stands true to its reputation 2.May not be a paymaster, but a good payer. The benefits especially bonus workout is very satisfying.. 3.Great/flexible work environment. Work style is entirely different from a service-oriented company. People striving to achieve work/life balance-this is a blessing in disguise. 4.Not known to many, Software AG is a company that dates back to 60's and is the proud owner of the product ADABAS and many others. Has quite a strong base in Germany.
Cons
1.Not many diverse positions within the company 2.Quite difficult for people who look to scale up the technology ladder in quick successions. Things work slowly here. 3.The company does not believe in growth by numbers. Vacancies come up only when people leave. No major plans for expansion.. 4.No onsite opportunities..Transfers-forget them.,
