Business Outlook
Pros
Great products. Can make good money if you are patient, get lucky to get assigned to the right opportunities, and work yourself to death. Can use sick leave as vacation, so time off is generous.
Cons
Boring. No advancement or education opportunities. Management is so old school, it's embarrassing. Can't use the word "person", almost pathologically uses the word "resource" instead to depersonalize the environment. Internal technology highly inhibits motivation and initiative. Health plan not good, retirement/401K awful. No stock options (and CEO doesn't believe in options for employees).
