Dynamic, keeps growing and experimenting with new ways to work (at least in R&D), investment in employees

Cons

The organization departments are each in their own silo, despite some declarations of an intended collaboration. Outdated IT, HR, reward systems, mission too generic to be inspiring and what we tell the market we hardly practice.

Pros

Very good products. Acquisition strategy is strengthening the offering. Opportunity to dominate the market sector. Some very good people.

Cons

Excessive micro management, racism goes unchecked by leadership, focused on transactions not building a larger share of clients wallet despite the value based selling comments No Eco system, partners and or sufficient resources to implement. Employees work under open threat of being fired. Leadership lacks any EQ. No focus or strategy just get numbers.
