      Looks good on the outside - but wait....

      Pros

      You'll be pushed and probably achieve things you didn't think you were able too. But at what expense?

      Cons

      Your confidence will be eroded. You will be undermined and unless your ideas are that of management - forget it. 'Yes men' only wanted. Leave independent thought and creativity out of it. It is not required for your job. And family and personal time ? Forget it. You just sold it and your soul.

      Lots of autonomy but little focus internally

      Pros

      Great technology, great customers, excellent benefits and autonomy. There are a lot of very smart people that work with the company and there is a good chance for work/life balance.

      Cons

      Low-to-middle range compensation compared to industry peers, fractured vision internally with a lot of repetitive/busy work requirements for customer facing roles.

      Pros

      Very good management and opportunities in Germany. Lots of trainings in the office in Germany. Good local office. Some opportunities to change projects and teams, only in the current office location.

      Cons

      Lack of focus and clear career development. The managers in the local office are too technically oriented, and lack people management skills.
