      stable company to work at. Never have to worry about being layoff.

      Cons

      good place to retire at if you have experience elsewhere before moving here. Not a good place to start out at.

      ~ No heavy work load so work-life is balanced. ~ Based on which team you work for, there are some good growth opportunities... ~ Again based on which team you work for, there are some good opportunities to learn new technologies ~ The compensation is good (better that average market compensation)

      Cons

      ~ There is no growth once you reach certain level. ~ lots of politics and favoritism. ~ SHOWing matters more that actually DOing anything.

      Smart co-employees but management is clueless

      Pros

      Great at giving time for skills development. Can establish relationships with clients which gives a sense of job security as that relationship matures. Benefits are better than average.

      Cons

      No advancement opportunity. Supervisors gave clear benchmarks to achieve for promotion and when I achieved those numbers they refused the promotion. They would rather let an employee leave and risk a contract than give a few extra bucks a month for a promotion and new job title - makes no sense, and shows insanity of upper management. Considering the amount of travel required, salary is rather low.
