      Pros

      Its nice to work for a place that encourages you to share your thoughts and ideas. Management encourages and expects hard work but in return you get flexibility and growth! Office lunches, random morning donuts, free drinks and open communication help keep the day to day interesting.

      Cons

      Would be nice if the company had more team building options now and then.
