      Pros

      Great company with hundreds of products / software that allows them to play in many different industries and verticals. Great work and life balance. Flexibility, Option to telework (based on manager). benefits such as pension, private health insurance, discounts at many stores.

      Cons

      too much infighting. targets set may cause conflict of interest. Minimal room for growth unless you are in sales.
