- The Pre-sales team itself is the best i've encountered so far - Relaxed attitude to working from home and autonomy to plan schedule - Small increase in holiday allowance from previous allowance way below benchmark

Cons

- Management within EMEA is laughable - For a German company, there is surprisingly no process - Compensation plans are a constant moving target and result in Sales and Pre-sales having unaligned plans - HR is by far THE worst department in the company, it's as if someone picked up a book titled 'the 80's guide to HR' and never looked back - Morale is very low - No career progression, there are no defined paths - Pay rises are a joke, yet our investors are told we're more profitable than ever...

Too focussed on EBIT numbers

- good benefits - good work life balance - work from home - annual bonuses

Cons

- if another division missed their quarterly numbers, they'll cut US "High Cost" first just to make their EBIT - slowly cutting US workforce over the last 2-3 years - no RnD expansion in the US - they don't encourage continuing education - lack of communication from HQ and executives - Lack of respect for RnD because they don't directly generate revenue - make due with the tools you've got. don't ask for any new technology to help you do your job better
