      Pros

      good work life balance .People are very friendly and helpful. We get to learn a lot of stuff in very less time. Nice work environment is there.

      Cons

      Not enough oppurtunities. Not enough open souce technologies are used in the projects. Lot of work is repetitive and sometimes gets boring.

      Cons

      in-capable Managers calling the shots and leading the company towards doom. Flexibility going down. Work from home discouraged. Salaries not keeping up with market. Show-casing more important than doing actual work.
