sometimes it's not easy to involve cutting edge technologies on particular project(s).

Nothing so great. No pressure and actually not great work so if you want to relax, you can join. All the good review which you see, most of them are fake.

Cons

Worst management, no new learning. Many old age people working from last 8-10 years and not willing to take new changes or don't think of growth.
