      Worst Management Attitude

      Good Campus, flexible timings & good Pantry

      Cons

      Attitude of Directors are worst, has no manners & no respect for other's time. RM is a good example, the way they behave with interview candidates are worst. The job doesn't offer anything great but the attitude is something remarkable.

      Pros

      Some relatively good standalone products. Very hard working technical pre-sales and consultants

      Cons

      Currently losing sales people at an alarming rate, micro-management by spreadsheet and multiple salesforce add-ons. No marketing, no cross border co-operation and mindless oration by senior management who witter on to a detached, confused staff about selling in blue and not red oceans.

      Pros

      As someone who has worked on the SDR team and now on the Inside sales team I can say for certainty that the culture is definitely not a fun atmosphere. Play harder is doing math equations on the whiteboard.

      Cons

      It's true we sell the most complex solutions in the world. This is why I've closed one account in twelve months.
