Pros

At the beginning I found it hard to fit in but it only took a few months and dialogues with my manager to realise that I had what it takes to be a strong performer at the counter, support was fundamental for me to grow in all areas of my life. Thank you Sixt Heathrow.

Cons

Targets could be lower. That would increase morale.

Absolutely avoid!

Pros

They make you feel welcome and included they give you a company car depending on your position.

Cons

They fire you for no reason and if they give you a reason, it makes no sense. They do not give you an ability to better yourself or to defend yourself against anything regardless on how minor the accusations are.

Poor management and pay

Pros

Nice team, helpful colleges, easy job with the right tools

Cons

Always missing tools, equipment old and overused, overtime not payed, bonus doesn’t depend on you but on you RSA as well, management doesn’t look after you, always delaying answers about payment and rota.
