Pros

Interviewers were genuinely pleasant and professional to talk to. HR was meticulous and highly professional throughout the process. Conversations with the team were consistently enjoyable.

Cons

Excessively long recruitment process (over two months). Unnecessary repetition in technical interview stages, overlapping with the assignment. Final rejection reason (lack of seniority) was absurd and contradicted my upfront transparency. Company appears to lack clarity on specific candidate profile, leading to wasted time. Poor internal coordination regarding interview content.

Dear employee, Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed and thoughtful review of your interview experience. While we're happy to hear you had positive interactions with our HR team and interviewers, we’re genuinely sorry that the overall process left you feeling frustrated. We take your feedback very seriously, especially regarding the duration, redundancy and final feedback. Your comments highlight important areas where we need to improve our internal alignment and streamline the interview journey, particularly for roles in rapidly evolving areas like Gen AI. We truly appreciate your transparency throughout the process and regret that this wasn’t sufficiently reflected in our final communication. If you’re open to it, we’d welcome a follow-up conversation to better understand your perspective and use it to refine our process. Wishing you continued success in your career, and thank you again for your insights. Best regards

Dear former employee, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad to hear you saw value in the commission opportunity and gained early experience in sales during your time with us. We understand that the structure of our compensation model can be challenging, and we appreciate your perspective on how commission is impacted by specific metrics. Your suggestion regarding a more consistent monthly quota is a valuable input, and we’ll make sure it’s passed along to the relevant team for consideration. Wishing you continued success in your career ahead. Best regards
