Pros

The ability to travel and network with high level professionals was a key factor in developing my business and communications skills

Cons

Miscommunication between headquarters and branches was a big issue. The employees that work at Sixt both HQ and branches are great, but they need to treat their employees with more care in order to make them perform better and stick around for the long haul

Thank you for reviewing Sixt. We are happy to hear that you were able to further develop your skillset as a result of the travel and networking opportunities offered to our Management Trainees. We appreciate your feedback. Sixt does have a great benefits package including medical, dental, and vison benefits after 60 days of employment 6 PTO days after 6 months and banked holidays from day one. Being a start-up in the United States we do not yet have a 401K, however our employees can look forward to this in the future.

None .The management has no experience and are extremely rude to the guest. Also a language barrier

Very unorganized. This company is a joke

Pros

Management will use any excuse to buy food.

Cons

There are a lot of areas that need serious attention. I would first begin by evaluating the HR department. The success of any company relies on your personnel. The HR department is not to be trusted, and very unresponsive to employee needs.

As a start-up in the United States there are areas of improvement that we are working towards. Thank you for pointing out HR. We completely agree that a company relies heavily on its personnel to be successful, as does Sixt. In the U.S. our HR departments are spread across our two headquarter locations in Scottsdale, Arizona and Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, therefore, there is support available to our employees on both coasts.
