Have been part of SIXT for last 7 years. I would say the work culture is great especially transperant leadership, freedom to explore things, like minded individuals who welcomes new ideas. Work life balance is good.

The company has a long history and will be around for a long time.

Cons

Sixt has changed for the worse over the last few years. It used to be a place you were proud to work at. The company was a higher end company that had a emphasis on high quality low mileage cars and great service. Now it's all about money and the cars are beat up with high mileage.
