      Sixt is a very innovative, advanced and employee-oriented company. Professional and personal growth is really important for this employer, the managers are very skillful and careful to their people, there are many opportunities to grow, develop and flourish both as professionals and human beings. The working environment is very stimulating and friendly, full of amazing professionals. It is very important to reach the ambitious targets, but also to act as team-players and to feel free to have an impact at work. Also the benefit and compensation standards for employees are really above average. Therefore, the company is also very interested in the employees' wellbeing.

      Cons

      The targets and KPIs sometimes can be challenging and it is very important to be able to manage the pressure. But all of this is well rewarded. The company is demanding but at the same time it is also giving a lot.

      - Young, motivated team with can-do attitude - You’re empowered to drive change and share new ideas - Great office atmosphere, people genuinely enjoy coming in, even though there is also the possibility to do smart working - Shared lunches foster a great connection - On-site gym and regular initiatives like Health Week and gender equality actions - Supportive culture within the team - Many growth opportunities, as Sixt Italy is still growing a lot
