Pros

Great people, worked around my work life balance. Took care of some workers through COVID crisis.

Cons

I have never seen someone promoted internally in 5 years with the brand. Low pay, not a live-able wage. Care way too much about selling credit cards with a very high interest rate. Stopped giving much loved weekly coupons to customers. Unhappy workers due to lack of any upward mobility.
