      - great hours - accessibility to hour changes

      the biggest downside was the way things where being run by the department. Many times there would be a lot of miscommunication and understaffing

      Pros

      Good pay, good benefits, allows me to work around my college schedule. The job itself is relatively active, but not particularly hard for the pay.

      Cons

      Sometimes there's mandatory overtime, but it's not bad. You normally work 4 10s or 3 12s depending on the shift, and mandatory is just one extra day. Mandatory overtime during peak season is necessary for the business, and is the only con I can think of.
