Pros

The company has several plans for expansion within the next 10 years, so many of the departments have great job security.

Cons

Each week it seems like they have changed something or added a new step in packing for the retail stores, while we are in the middle of packing for new stores which makes it more difficult. Since we are opening new stores the department I work in has been on mandatory overtime for many weeks making it so that we only have Saturday off. Mandatory overtime is not uncommon here in fact if you work full time during the holiday season you can expect to work 60 hours a week in any department.

Pros

Flexible hours for students and good people to work with in management and on the floor.

Cons

Lunch and 10 minute breaks were not encouraged or required. No room for growth unless willing to relocate to another state. Too much pressure to sell credit cards.
