- Processes did not grow with growth of employess and company due to merges and acquisitions - No benefits from a salary point of view for long time employees - would like to be champions league but a lot of things are not championsleague
New employees quickly get tasks that directly affect customers (under supervision of more senior employees) and responsibility, making them feel welcome and important. A lot of different tasks are available, and it is possible to change to other teams or take on other tasks. Everyone is extremely friendly and makes you feel welcome. Everybody is on a "Du" basis, making communication between employees and management quick and easy.
Cons
The salary is not that good, driving away some software developers after a few years. This brings instability as new people have to be trained, which takes up a lot of time. Some of the offices are not very modern and could be updated to be competitive with other companies.
